Stable Music and Rekids present Spencer Parker (Work Them Records / Rekids / UK)
Stable Music presents the first in a series to show case labels and artists that have shaped our music over many years.
We are going to start with one of our favourites, Rekids.
Formed by a group of people with similar passion to our own, we have choosen Rekids for many reasons: it might have been because it is the home to some of our favourite artists such as Radio Slave, Mr. G and Nina Kraviz, just to name a few off their amazing roster; it could also be because of the cutting-edge and uncompromising direction being delivered to the world for almost 10 years; it could also be due to our love of their visual aesthetic; but most definitely is because we love Rekids and you probably do too.
Spencer Parker will be joining us down under for this first instalment. Spencer is by far one of the worlds most underrated talents and the timing couldn’t get better with his freshly cut Ep due to hit the shelves on the 1st of July. Spencer’s unique style of house and techno is in demand the world over and his productions, remixes and re-edits are regularly supported by all the big guns!
Now a resident of Berlin, Spencer is best known in the city as a regular guest at the infamous Berghain, be it playing house and disco upstairs in Panorama Bar or techno downstairs, on the clubs main floor. From Womb in Tokyo to Dance Tunnel in London, Spencer Parker is a force to be reckoned with on the international circuit and he is long over due for an appearance on Australian soil.
